Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After dispatch, we can’t guarantee changes.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can happen due to courier issues, customs, or local service disruptions. If your order is delayed, contact us and we’ll help immediately.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate and resolve it.
